GOOGLE LAUNCH DOMAIN & HOSTING SERVICES
Google is going to launch its domain and hosting providing services. At first stage company will launch its domain providing service and after that hosting providing service will also be launched .
Google was already providing domains but company was not directly involved in this business. Google used to hire the service of third party for this purpose. But now Google has decided to enter directly in this field. In first phase company will provide service to limited customer groups. Google is also planning to start partnership with website developers. At present Google is providing cloud hosting facility.In fact it is biggesttechnology news of the year as if the media news are true and Google will enter in this field then Godaddy, Hostagtor, Blue Host, Ipage and all other hosting and domain name providing companies will be in serious danger as Google has ability to snatch their market share with its quality services.
Google launched a beta version of a free hosting service, Google Page Creator. The service, which is currently limited to existing users of Google's Gmail, allows users to build a web page using a web-based interface. Each site has its own subdomain, with a web address using the structure of http://gmailname.googlepages.com, and users can choose among up to
40 page designs.
