Recently, an addition has been taken place in the Google Play Store, where Google has released a new app called Messenger. SMS and MMS messages can be send and receive from any phone, with the app. It is interesting that although the app is the store Android SMS/MMS controller for Lollipop, but it can be used by most Android models running on 4.1 or higher.
Pictures or videos can directly be taken from this amazing app, and you can share them. Ditto with audio messages that can be sent straight to your contacts. You can go through your contacts and conversation threads, when you need to search for something, while looking to match your search terms. This app allows you to block the SMS messages of a person, if someone is annoying you,
Messenger also includes some slight little touches such as colored text threads, message archiving and emoji support. Of course, the app comprise the new Material Design look.
